- Unterstützung bei der täglichen Koordination internationaler Inbound-Sendungen
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Speditionen und internen Schnittstellen (Einkauf, Lager, QM, Merchandising)
- Pflege und Aktualisierung logistischer Daten & Reportings (z. B. Liefertermine, Sendungsverfolgung, Kapazitätsübersichten)
- Vorbereitung von Transport- und Zolldokumenten
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Optimierung interner Supply-Chain-Prozesse
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft: AVIS-Erstellung, Claims, Rechnungsprüfung, Dashboard-Pflege
- Eigenständige Mini-Projekte (z. B. Prozess-Dokumentationen oder Lieferanten-Onboarding)

- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Wirtschaft, Supply Chain, Mode- oder Textilmanagement o. ä.
- Interesse an Mode, Produktion und internationalen Warenflüssen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel / Google Sheets, erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstark (Deutsch & Englisch)
