Retail Operations Store Manager (m/f/d)

Your job:

You create the optimal customer experience for our clients, from the moment they enter the store to their farewell after checkout
You provide personalized advice to our customers, helping them find their perfect style
To ensure your team is optimally positioned, you take on staff scheduling and are responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the store team
You have a keen eye for designing sales areas, implementing sales-boosting measures, and ensuring the store always looks clean and well-maintained
You ensure that sufficient stock is always available in the store and proactively handle reorders
You work closely with our office team to ensure smooth operations
You act as the main point of contact for the store team

What you need:

You have several years of experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry
You have prior experience in retail management, ideally in fashion retail
You have a strong affinity for fashion and streetwear
You are highly service-oriented, you can identify with LFDY, and are excited to represent the brand
Your positive energy inspires others, and you have a well-groomed appearance
You are an organizational talent with strong assertiveness
You enjoy being hands-on and can keep a cool head, even in stressful situations
You are fluent in both Dutch and English and are confident using MS Office
