- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Retouren und Reklamationen
- Prüfung der Ware auf Schäden und einpflegen der Ware in das System
- Bewertung der eingehenden Retouren nach Qualitätsstandards
- Aufbügeln, Falten, neu Etikettieren und Einpacken der Ware
- Vorbereitung der Ware für die Wiedereinlagerung oder die Weiterleitung in andere Abteilungen
- Übernahme allgemeiner Lagertätigkeiten und Pflege der Arbeitsflächen
- Einhalten der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Prozessstandards

- Sicherer Umgang mit Bekleidung und Textilien sowie Verständnis für Qualitätsstandards
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung in der Sichtprüfung und Qualitätskontrolle von Kleidungsstücken
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- oder Lagerverwaltungssystemen
- Kenntnisse im Verpacken, Etikettieren und Kommissionieren von Waren
- Teamfähigkeit, sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten
